Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at EEFRAMS Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends  or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment method: Domestic Express 

Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days

Shipment cost: Rs.350

* Order before 3pm (local time) to receive your order in 1-2 working days. Orders made after 3pm will take an additional working day

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 39B, Peiris Road, Mount Lavinia.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the Sri Lanka.
